Hello! I’m Christina Hall, the founder and owner-operator of Transitions Made Simple. As a Senior & Specialty Move Manager, my mission is to guide clients and their families seamlessly into their next life chapter.
With a degree in Health Care Administration and over a decade of professional experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise to the senior move management industry. Prior to founding Transitions Made Simple, I served in various roles at UNC Health, life plan communities, and skilled nursing facilities. These experiences ignited my passion for working with older adults and equipped me with the skills necessary to manage complex life transitions with professionalism and compassion.
My credentials extend beyond my hands-on experience, as I am a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and have undergone formal training specific to the move management industry. This ensures that every move is not just a change of address, but a carefully orchestrated transition.
I am a proud member of the National Association of Specialty & Senior Move Managers (NASMM), the Chatham Chamber of Commerce, and the Chapel Hill Service League.
